Mo/W Marhan's Grotto Runner
Thunderhead Keep to Marhan's Grotto may not be a long run but one path is infested with Ice Imps and the other with Mursaat.
Monks have it easy fortunately, having access to Spellbreaker.
This is a build to run from Thunderhead Keep - Marhan's Grotto
Mo/w
Attributes
13 Divine Favor (12+1)
12 Healing Prayers (9+1+2)
9 Smiting Prayers (8+1)

Healing Breeze

Equipment
Not really any specific gear needed, just runes, Major Healing, Minor Divine and Smiting. Weapon with 20% enchanting prayers is a big plus ( I use KF staff cause it's cheap )
Method
Exit to Ice Floe and enchant yourself with Blessed Aura+Balths Spirit.
From the entrance turn into the small inlet on the left with some mursaat.
Stand on the edge of agro and cast breeze, run through the Mursaat/Jades using Sprint as necessary.
If there are Ice Imps nearby then when you are nearly in agro range of the imps, cast Spellbreaker. By now Rush should have charged up so use it to run past the Imps. Cast breeze and then Spellbreaker before every group of imps and you should be fine. Purge conditions is there for if you ever get snagged by a barbed trap.
I run for tips and on a busy day I usually make upwards of 20k and hour as the run only takes about 5-6 minutes
You could also try a Mo/R variant with Storm Chaser subbed in for Rush/Sprint.

You should always run a scalp of your highest attribute. Also, breakpoints for smiting are 0,3,8,13
I don't think running non-55 with Rush is good, because you don't really want to ask for hits (unlike you would if you were 55).
Good thing with Mo/R in that area is that Imps fill your energy (Storm Chaser), so that's pretty cool ^^ Also, you can take Dodge and Serpents Quickness, and cut the recharge for both SB and SC by 33%.

Put in Charge instead of spell breaker and replace rush with holy viel.Rush is good in PvP not really a PvE skill.I would just think of what a Warrior uses to make that run purge signet might be good as well but I would stick to Mo/W especially if you want to run more than yourself.Sorry cerb.

Spellbreaker is they key to surviving, Charge isn't going to help if you have constant 90% slow on you and being spammed with Ice Spears.
Rush + Sprint get through the Imps fine and I have not failed a run yet with this build. With Balthazar's Spirit up, the adrenaline coming in from the Imp's wand attacks should charge Rush while you're sprinting through the Imps.
Veil has a 12 second recharge and a 1 second cast, even if it had no recharge Maelstrom would interrupt it anyway.

Are we talking about a Farming run or just a Runner if Runner I would use Charge as Rush is an adrenal skill?This is not a long run compared to the DF run.Warriors use holy viel.don't for get about Balance Stance as well and if you want shields up.When it come to getting close to Ice Imps just hit charge along with balance stance and you will have no problem.Don't forget those 2 skills stack.

Your post doesn't make any sense at all. Balanced Stance and Charge might stack, but remind me why the hell would you need balanced stance to run through imps?
Besides, Spellbreaker is what makes monk running good. If you want to use Charge and a non-55 build, just run with your warrior.

I didn't know that you were talking about a running 55 build here but if I were running with my Monk not useing the 55hp.I would use balance stance to keep my balance and hit charge at the same time.Yes of coure I could do this with my Warrior but Monks do have more energy and there healing is better.
